We call this beer a Cold IPA, but we don’t use a lager yeast, we use a Kolsch yeast making this more of a “Hybrid IPA.” It’s smooth, crisp, and hoppy. It won second place out of 54 Washington State IPAs at Beveridge Place Pub’s Hopvemberfest Competition in 2023!
