A fresh hop take on The Modern IPA, this beer was brewed with freshly harvested Strata hops.  Each year we drive down to Crosby Hops and watch as they pull fresh Strata hop cones right off the bine that was harvested minutes before we arrive.  It is then bagged up and we have wort on it within 5 hours.  It’s as fresh as it gets!
