The Night Nurse

The beer is a favorite of the brewer’s daughter, Emily, a pediatric ICU nurse who has worked the overnight shift for years. Cheers, Emily! Referred to as a Cascading Dark Ale or Black IPA, The Night Nurse pours a dark brown/black with a tan head. It may look like a porter, but The Night Nurse is all IPA exhibiting classic pungent, woody, herbal, and citrus notes.
